Very Important Info:
Before turning in your laptop for repair, save all your personal files on a external device (U: Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive or USB flash drive). Normally these files will be found in "desktop, documents and downloads" Any files that are not backed up, may not be recoverable following this maintenance. Often times we need to restore operating systems resulting in lost data. Laptop Central will not be responsible for any lost data.
A repair form must be filled out before leaving your laptop with us.

Software Related Issues: Some software troubleshooting including software installs can be done remotely without having to bring in the laptop. The repair form is not needed for software issues. Simply contact us at 407.320.5772 for remote assistance or stop by Laptop Central.
