Laptop Repair Instructions:
For laptop hardware problems a repair form must be filled out before leaving your laptop with us.
Important Info: Before turning in your laptop for repair, save all your personal data on an external device (U: Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive or USB flash drive). All files that are not backed up, may not be recoverable following this maintenance. Please double check that all campus data and incidental personal files (pictures, videos, etc.) have been backed up. Often times we need to restore operating systems resulting in lost data. Laptop Central will not be responsible for any lost data.
Software Request Instructions: Some software issues can be done remotely without having to bring in the laptop. Please contact us at 407.320.5772 to see if remote assistance is available. District approved software does not need a form filled. Simply call in to Laptop Central for assistance. Non district approved software will need a form filled out since we will need to get approval from the district and get back in touch. The process can take from a few days up to 6 weeks.
After you download the app, call into Laptop Central to have the Admin password entered. Please be logged in to your laptop when calling. 407-320-5772.
